I work as Practice Manager at Diamond DentArt. My role is diverse: in addition to communicating with our patients and coordinating day-to-day operations, I am responsible for overseeing the practice’s background processes and supporting the work of our team.

I consider working well with people to be one of the most important aspects of my role. I believe that a dental practice is defined not only by the high professional standard of its treatments, but also by the team behind it. Good communication, being able to rely on one another, and creating an environment where people enjoy working together are all very important to me. Supporting this kind of teamwork is one of my key responsibilities.

I enjoy organising, overseeing processes, creating effective systems and finding solutions to unexpected situations.

When communicating with our patients, I believe that a human and understanding approach is just as important as precision.

My goal is to contribute to creating a dental practice where our patients arrive with confidence and trust, and where our colleagues enjoy coming to work.
